Positions Available:
Assistant Teacher
Benefits:

- School Age - before and after care (6-9:30 AM and 3:30-close/6:30)
- Full or part time (part time would be 1 or 2-6:30/close)
- This position will float to different classrooms to cover lunches, planning time, relief at the end of the day, closing duties, etc.
- Both Nursery and Preschool Float positions are available.

Requirements for all Positions:
- Looking for individuals who are organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with patience and consistency.
- Must be 19 years old or older for any lead position, along with proper experience and education requirements (Including CEU's/CDA/Associates)
- Must be willing to obtain fingerprints and TB test, First Aid and CPR, Attend Meetings, Events, and mandatory early childhood trainings.
- GSRP Associate teacher must have a CDA or Associates in Early Childhood Education
- Must be willing to work as a team in the classroom and have a positive demeanor. Child assessments are performed by both leads and assistants working as a team.
- Must be able to keep a global view of the classroom while interacting with children/communicating with parents/etc.
- Must be able to move quickly with the children and be able to have appropriate conversations with them at their level. Lots of and up and down while engaging the children in our curriculum.
- Become familiar with LARA policies and procedures for early childhood, as well as Teaching Strategies Trainings for curriculum and assessments.
