- Full or part time (part time would be 1 or 2-6:30)
- This position will float to different classrooms to cover lunches, planning time, relief at the end of the day, closing duties, etc.
- Both Nursery and Preschool Float positions are available.

Requirements for all Positions:
- Looking for individuals who are organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with patience and consistency.
- Must be 19 years old or older for any lead position, along with proper experience and education requirements (Including CEU's/CDA/Associates)
- Must be willing to obtain fingerprints, First Aid and CPR, Attend Meetings, Events, and mandatory early childhood trainings.
- Must be willing to work as a team in the classroom and have a positive demeanor. Child assessments are performed by both leads and assistants working as a team.
- Must be able to keep a global view of the classroom while interacting with children/communicating with parents/etc.
- Must be able to move quickly and safely with the children and communicate with them appropriately at their developmental level. All positions require frequent bending, standing, sitting on the floor, and getting up and down throughout the day while actively engaging children in curriculum activities and play.
- Become familiar with LARA and Great Start to Quality policies and procedures for early childhood education, as well as Teaching Strategies training for curriculum and assessments. Complete and implement required training and materials provided at the center and through the MISD.
